About the teacher:
Jenni Brandon, a composer, conductor, and mezzo-soprano has received a variety of commissions, awards, and grants. Among these commissions is 'The Wildflower Trio' for oboe, bassoon, and piano to honor the life of Lady Bird Johnson. This piece appears as a single on the Longhorn Music label.

Current commissions and projects include a piece for women�s choir and a one-woman opera. She will also serve as the composer-in-residence during the 2008-2009 season for the Vientos Trio, a reed trio in Los Angeles.

Also active as a conductor and vocalist, Jenni has appeared in concert as a singer with ensembles including the Boston Pops, Pacific Chorale, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and at the Hollywood Bowl. As a conductor she is the music director of The Concert Singers, the oldest independent choral group in Los Angeles.

Several of her works are published by Boosey & Hawkes including 'The Dark Hills' which appears on the recording �Welcome the Time,� the Yale Glee Club�s CD from their 2006-2007 season.

Hi. My name is Ann Marie and I'm 23 years old. I have been teaching swim lessons for the past 8 years, swam competitively throughout high school, and have been swimming since I was 2 years old. I am WSI, CPR, and First Aid/AED certified. I have a lot of experience in teaching lessons and would love to give your children some last minute swim lessons while the weather permits!

I charge the following:
$20 for a 15 minute lesson
$30 for a 30 minute lesson
$40 for a 1 hour lesson (generally great for competitive swimmers that want a work out and to improve their overall technique)
***My lessons tend to extend longer than the actual length of the lesson.

I shot an 82. 82 is my best round this year. First hole, a short par 4, I took a 7 while trying to protect my new wedges. On hole 16 I had a double bogey.
