Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Marketing who will manage off and online marketing and web efforts for an exciting and growth oriented company. The candidate should have experience leading the performance of marketing campaigns while managing various off and online marketing channels including: website infrastructure design, search engine marketing, SEO, PPC and landing page optimization.

In collaboration with key management, this person will manage the addition of content to company websites, develop marketing projects to drive lead traffic through PPC, SEO and SEM projects. The position is accountable for the creation and delivery of both standard and ad-hoc reports, as well as the implementation of strategic, analytical analysis to support the continual improvement of the organization’s consumption of critical data. We are seeking someone who is up to date with the latest off and online marketing trends and can collaborate closely with our copywriters, graphic artists, web developers and sales representatives.

Responsibilities
* Create and manage all traffic acquisition strategies and ROI through several channels, including traditional marketing efforts, PPC Campaigns, SEO, SEM, community portals and social networks sites. Report metric tracking is support of marketing initiatives; Google Analytics, A/B testing, creatives.
* Collaborate with copywriters, graphic artists, and web developers to drive improvements to the site, landing pages, site registration and other reader/customer touch-points.
* Identify and execute on opportunities for new online/viral marketing efforts geared towards maximizing traffic and revenue.

Key Skills / Experience / Qualifications
* Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple online channels and experience in online consumer media and demonstrated success in online traffic acquisition marketing.
* Good understanding of user-site flow dynamics and optimization and experience in online consumer media and demonstrated success in online traffic acquisition marketing.
* Experience with keyword research and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns through organic and paid marketing programs.
* Experience writing persuasive search friendly content.
* Ability to create, analyze and communicate site analytics and performance metrics.
* Experience with e-mail creative techniques, metrics, and analytics that drive web traffic.
* Knowledge of site architecture.
* Proficient with web-based content management systems.
* Proficient with basic HTML concepts, web page design and UI issues.
* Proficient with advanced Excel reporting.
* Solid analytical, quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
