We are looking for a retired machine shop foreman / machinist to mentor and tutor on a part time basis. In our manufacturing facility our machine shop department uses all manual lathes, mills, saws, drills etc.... We have built a lot of our own manufacturing equipment in house and would like to get our current group trained to be able to build new equipment. Our growing company has promoted from within to an excellent leader who is young and a little short on talent. He takes instruction well and is eager to learn. Our working hours are from 6:00 A.M to 2:30 P.M. and we can be very flexible on the part time hours.
