You might pay the same or even more for a crusty little office wedged in between the 7-11 and the tire store. Of course, you don't get a parking lot and you can park two blocks away if you don't want to feed the meter all day. The price might be right and that can be important or you could check out this large office (150 sq. ft.) that we have available now in our suite. Oh, which is just across the street from Alamitos Bay. Open up the door and more days than not, there's actually a sea breeze stirring. Oh, and there's a HUGE parking lot with FREE parking (sorry no over-sized vehicles like construction or stake-bed trucks or 18-wheelers). And it's in a complex with great restaurants (oh, and movie theater if you feel like sneaking out for a few hours) and also a few nice shops.

This office is now available. It comes with wifi and you can share the break room and conference room we have. The suite has a security system and the building has weekend and after hours security doors (but you GET the code!). We have a nightly cleaning crew that will dust, vacuum and take out your trash. And the suite is shared with our consulting company, a marketing /career coach and an exotic car dealer, most of whom are here only about half the time. So this office is perfect if you like relative calm and quiet and need to gewt some serious work done. The office doesn't have a reception or waiting areaso it wouldn't be good for medical or counseling practices. But it would be great for one or two professionals

It's right on the border of Long Beach/Seal Beach. It's close to the 405/605/22 interchange. And minutes from Seal Beach, LB airport and downtown LB (not to mention Naples and Belmont Shore).
