1. The bedroom has its own separate entrance from the courtyard and is on the 1st floor. The courtyard area is well landscaped, has park benches and it also has a fountain that sounds like a babbling brook at night. Very nice and soothing after a hard day at work

2. Only street parking is available. It's tight but everyone deals with it. That's why the rent is cheap.

3. The room is only for ONE person. These are the rules of the HOA, not mine. Each unit is allowed 2 people only, and as my ad says I already have one lady living in the unit, so you'll be the 2nd person

4. You will have your OWN bedroom, you're sharing the kitchen and bathroom, but you have your own bedroom

My old roommate is moving out, so I am looking for someone else to move in in her place. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom with a shared bath (which is kept very clean) and has a vanity/ sink outside the bathroom so you never really have to share the bathroom to get ready. The shared areas are mostly furnished, but has no dining room table in the dining room and no TV in the living room. It does have separate dining room, living room, and kitchen- opposed to those conjoined room configurations- and all of them are pretty spacious. Also, your room does have a porch/balcony off it, which is pretty cool. The apartment is on the first floor of a 2 story complex, and there is a washer and dryer in the complex as well.
