Experience and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree specializing in computer systems, programming, systems analysis or related field; or BS and 5+ years exp as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
* Comprehensive knowledge of business & workflow processes, research & analysis methods and techniques, computer systems, business applications
* Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects with conflicting resource demands, mitigate risks & resource conflicts creatively
* Ability to research, analyze software apps and develop business and work flow processes
* Ability to translate business functions & reqts into system design specifications
* Ability to assess and problem solve logically and systematically
* Ability to prepare reports and presentations
* Ability to communicate technical info and have knowledge of current trends and developments in business & technical solutions
* Ability to perform requirements definition.
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Additional Business Analyst coursework or certification is desirable
