I am moving to Long Beach as of August 1st to continue my education with a graduate certificate in Black Studies from CSULB. so basically, I am getting a jump start on possible roomies....I would love something more long term like a year or so in order to actually get settled in once I'm there however I am also open to short-term/temp/sublease situations. Willing to pay up to 475ish if place is nice
Okay about me. I'm 28 going on 8 or 38 depending on the day and the direction the wind is blowing :) I'm down to earth...my life philosphy is to each his own...I'm a practicing lesbian...lol...just kidding I date mostly women but just love who I love (hope that's not a deal breaker), let's see what else...I'm already looking for work out there but currently saving so finances will not be an issue. I have my Masters in Community Counseling and my undergrad in Psych...so it will kinda be like getting a roomie and a therapist all in one if that's your thing...and other than that I'm responsible...I'm a big fan of respect...and to top it off I am clean...not a neat freak ...but clean....and my sign is a libra if that counts for anything...so I"m all about balance.
well that is me in a nutshell...and i know that most people don't want to choose a roomie prior to meeting them based on a craigslist posting but that's kinda the only in I have at this point...since as soon as I arrive I will be instantly in need of a place. so if you are considering the idea but are not quite sure...let me know what i can do to help you reply to my request...I'm an open person and willing to answer any questions you got. I'm even open for like a 1 month trial or 2 week trial if you arn't quite sure...just so that I can actually have some place secure to arrive to when I get in town.
