I'm looking for a place to live for this summer and next school year, but at the very least a place for this summer. Looking for something close to cal state. Preferably with other students. I'm clean, I don't smoke but I'm not bothered by people who do, and I drink socially. I like to go out sometimes but I'm quiet when I'm at home. I'm basically pretty chill. No drama, it takes a lot to annoy me or make me mad. I'll be gone a lot working on school projects. I have no preference living with girls or guys. I was actually gonna get a place with 2 girls until they bailed on me last week. I don't have any pets or anything. I'm looking for my own room, and a private bathroom would be cool too but its not necessary.
