I am a graduate student at CSULB with at least one year left on my program. Excellent credit, stable income as a graduate teaching assistant at the university. No pets of my own, but fine with others. Non smoker, non-drugs, very very light drinker. I always try and stay neat, especially in common areas. I'm pretty quiet and real easy-going. Not a partier, but I do like hanging out with chill people. My idea of a party is having a few people over for a BBQ, or dinner and a movie. I love being outdoors and I'm looking for a place in a nice area so I can go running.
$750 is really my upper limit, including utilities. I'm looking for a drama-free place with people around my age. Guys, girls, or mixed is fine. I'm free evenings after school to come check places out or meet you.
