Account Service Representative position will aggressively grow our indirect distribution by building strong relationships, merchandising, coaching, motivating and training our indirect dealers throughout the Long Beach area. The candidate must be passionate about their work, self-motivated, and a highly organized individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment. The candidate should posses the following qualifications:
2 years of outside sales, retail sales management or indirect multi-unit management experience
1 year of successful documented sales experience
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelors degree
PC Skills including Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Windows environment required
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and communication skills both speaking and writing
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work retail hours (including some evenings & weekends)
Must have a valid California driver license, a good driving record and proof of insurance
90% of the job includes traveling
Spanish Bilingual a plus!
Responsibilities:
Achieving/Exceeding sales stretch goals, quota and objectives
