The house=

7600 sq ft house two large cool rooms with generous closet space

Its a large two story house that ends up feeling very private even with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
(two living rooms, washer,dryer and a clothes line in the yard ,dishwasher, weight set, recycling, and parks nearby).

There is a big fenced back yard with a pool and nice landscaping- perfect for the occasional pool party or
weekend bbq. We enjoy the spacious open kitchen where we share meals, thoughts, and cleaning.
The whole house is furnished, but may be able to accommodate your furniture if you have some to bring.
Bathrooms are shared and we are considerate when it comes to adjusting to each other's schedules and community room needs.

Us=

One female and two males mid 20s to 30's. Mixed group originally from Mississippi, Alaska, and one local ;) we all work hard play hard
but keep it quiet, drug and drama free when at home. Some of us go out more than others, some of us are outdoor smokers, some of us
are occasional drinkers, all are clean and considerate and will be respectful of your things and your privacy.
We try not to eat your food unless you offer it ;) but
get ready to be offered plenty because we eat good over here lol

considerate, clean in the common areas such as the kitchen

The dogs= There are two wonderful female dogs already in the house and we are open to one pet per room on a case to case basis
which is really just brining by the pet and seeing how Lover and Valentine react.
We are looking for pet friendly people who wouldn't walk by a dry water dish on a hot summer day and not notice if you understand
that then you will understand how much we love our dogs and how much they love us and will come to love you.
