Hi I have a huge, gorgeous apt in Williamsburg and seek a swap in LA for 5/31-6/7 or thereabouts.

My place is approx 950 S.F., an entire top floor of a three flat, sunny, charming , relaxing, with a giant kitchen, giant bathroom big living room, bedroom, and back roof garden overlooking a park.
Bedroom has a has a double bed and living room has a super comfy huge couch so it sleeps 3,
It is fully furnished, charming, with hardwood floors and pressed tin ceilings,
10 mins from hipster Williamsburg and 20 mins from Soho on the J train
close to bars, clubs, dining, shops, laundry etc, DSL and electric included.
I seek a swap with a place in LA , Venice, Topanga, or Malibu preferred but not picky, hopefuly able to sleep 3 as well,
All I ask is:
-- you feed and perhaps pet my 2 sweet and truly non neurotic cats
-- water the plants
and I will do the same for your pets and plants, dogs are fine too.
I am clean, respectful, trustworthy, with references and don't smoke, you should be the same.
