Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, and stocking, transportation of materials to and from designated storage area.  Weighs material received and checks goods against packing list.  Maintain condition of work area.  May operate machinery in order to complete tasks.  Ability to work in and around hazardous materials.  Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, repetitive movements including bending and squatting.

Minimum Qualifications 
<br>
Must be 18 years of age, have at least two years experience in warehouse and transportation preferred.  Must be able to successfully complete required training to perform job duties.  <b>Must pass a physical, drug test & alcohol screening, background check and other pre-employment tests if applicable. The Coordinator is responsible for managing  product life cycle for given product lines, the Coordinator will work directly with the Product Manager to  coordinate staffing, development schedules and budgetary requirement and is involved in a high degree of interface with other departments including sales,  operations and customer service, as well as customers and outside organizations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  Additionally this position is responsible for sourcing manufactured goods and will interface directly with vendors to negotiate best pricing and delivery schedules.<br>

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:        <br>
•	Analyzes product strategy options and supports recommendation with objective facts       <br>
•	Assists in prioritizing overall product plan for development       <br>
•	Gathers competitive samples as needed and analyzes test information in a way relevant to product direction       <br>
•	Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples <br>
•	Support marketing through the development of technical data necessary for marketing collateral       <br>
•	Deliver product forecast for new product introductions       <br>
•	Recommend pricing appropriate with the intended positioning of new products       <br>
•	Gather feedback on recent launches and new opportunities from customers    <br>
•	Perform product demonstrations and presentations <br>

•	As the ultimate expert of the product, trains other departments within the company prior to new product launches       <br>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE<br>
•	Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator<br>

JOB SUMMARY:<br>
Responsible to maintain quality and fit integrity/consistency from proto stage through production, while maintaining product design integrity within calendar deadlines. Insure all product is manufacturing ready at time of order placement. <br>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>
1.	Prepare and lead fit sessions for assigned categories and execute style to final fit, quality and construction. Communicate all fit, quality and construction comments/issues via e-mail to import and domestic vendors. <br>
<br>
2.	Insure brand fit consistency is maintained seasonally. Work closely with new vendors on fit/construction requirements. <br>
 <br>
3.	Responsible for day to day cross-functional partnership with Design, Sourcing Managers and Quality Assurance. <br>
<br>
4.	Manage the day to day development of product line that adheres to seasonal calendars and sourcing strategy. Track fit sample progress on T&A’s from vendors. <br>
<br>
5.	In conjunction with Management develop consistent size and fit standards; grade rules and tolerances; construction and quality standards; standard pattern blocks and tech pack blocks; how to measure standards.  Insure all manuals are updated and distributed. Develop spec/construction blocks at start of each season. <br>
<br>
6.	Create manufacture ready technical specification packages at start of each season. <br>
<br>
7.	Collaborate with QC/Audit/Sourcing department in reviewing/resolving production quality issues.<br>
<br>

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: <br>
1.	Understanding of different fabric types.<br>
2.	Strong knowledge of garment fit, construction and patterns.<br>
3.	Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>

5.	Extensive computer knowledge (e-mail, Microsoft Office, Illustrator)<br>
6.	Strong awareness of production calendar deadlines and deliveries. Ability to manage within development calendar.<br>

WHAT WE NEED:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•	Quickly scan leather for natural defects in hides 
<br>
•	Follow production time lines as provided by the Design supervisor 
<br>
•	Cut pieces for maximum utilization of leather hides, using scrap whenever possible
<br>
•	Organize usable scrap pieces of leather by type and quality
<br>
•	Hand-cut or die press required pattern pieces and trimmings for scheduled products
<br>
•	Do preparatory work on cut pattern pieces (fold/glue bodies, etc.)
<br>
•	Use necessary machinery to prepare folded and stitched leather straps
<br>
•	Combine all required pattern pieces, trim, and hardware with necessary documents and product sample for sewing staff
<br>

WHAT YOU NEED:

•	Capability of working with craft-like hand tools and light machinery.
<br>
•	Good physical stamina and able to lift up to 50 lb if required.
<br>
•	Knowledge of industrial machinery and/or experience working with leather a plus, however not required.

•	Able and willing to consistently and exactly follow detailed, multi-step procedures.

•	Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Essential duties and responsibilities: <br>
1. Formulate and maintain quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.<br>
2. Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures.<br>
3. Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other supervisors to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.<br>
4. Provides daily labor and inspection activity reports for product.<br>
5. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.<br>
6. Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality and product tracing activities.<br>

Required technical skills and experience: Min 3 yrs QC experience in a food related warehousing/manufacturing facility; systematic approach to work and managing; strong skills in supervision. Warehousing, inventory, product tracing, relabeling, repacking and QC control; computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel, AS400 experience beneficial. X-ray experience for quality control purposes extremely beneficial. Hands on, results driven and committed team player. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, forklift experience necessary. College degree preferred but not required DOE. <br>

Essential duties include:

· Compliance and Regulations

   o  Maintaining compliance with accrediting agency guidelines and company SOPs;

·  Logistics and warehouse operations 
<br>
   o  Managing tissue inventories; 
<br>
   o  Overseeing shipping process, including coordinating deliveries, maintaining shipping records, reviewing delivery failure reports, reviewing invoices, and negotiating rates; 
<br>
   o  Ensuring that donor and client vials are stored, transferred and shipped in a timely fashion; 
<br>
   o  Ensuring that donor semen and donor/client serum vials are archived and client-requested discards are processed. 
<br>

·  Quality Assurance 
<br>
   o  Employee safety training; ensures all Branches are in compliance with safety requirements; 
<br>
   o Participating in Internal Audits; 
<br>
   o Performing Root Cause Analyses and CAPA 
<br>
   o Ensuring proper quality control in specimen handling and shipping; 
<br>
   o Overseeing Preventive Maintenance of the equipment and storage tanks.
