This environment is open, professional, inspiring and healing. We are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone. Someone who presents well, is punctual and genuinely enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable with varied part time hours.  This position requires focus, and self-motivation. One must have the ability to handle administrative (including computer skills) and bookkeeping details (quick books) as a key aspect of this position. The ability to multitask is also an important aspect of this position.<br>
 <br>
Basic Duties include: <br>
Scheduling patients for appointments and lab tests, recording payments, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, setting up conference calls for the doctor, preparing patient charts, contacting labs regarding patient results, managing the phones and maintaining office organization and materials to support a doctor in practicing multiple holistic/integrative disciplines.  Previous medical (holistic/integrative or conventional medicine) or health related office experience is preferred. Experience or an interest in the holistic or integrated health field is a plus.<br>
 <br>
Residency on the west side of Los Angeles is preferred.<br>
 <br>
Hours:<br>
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 11:00 am to approx. 5:30 pm though these hours may vary depending on the doctors hours and schedule e.g. 12:00 to 5:00 or 6:00 PM or 1: 00 PM to 6:00 PM or 7;00 PM. Hours include picking up office supplies, lab coats, going to the bank etc. In addition, the doctor travels on occasion, at these times, he will need the mail picked up, urgent patient or office needs attended to etc. in his absents. Voice mail must be checked, on Tuesday and Thursday for possible schedule changes for the following day or other patient or business needs.<br>

We are a general repair service contractor to the Real Estate industry. We bid 50-75 multi-line item proposals per week and issue 5-15 work orders to our crews on each bid we are awarded- Thats our current load. We are expecting to bid at least 100 more per week in the next year. <br>
<br>
SALARY:<br>
You can expect to receive at least $3500 -$6,000 per month, paid bi-weekly. Position could turn into a full time job for the right person. Salary commensurate with experience and abilities. <br>
