Yeah, posting a list of sex offenders that had names on it of those who are not sex offenders would be lying, but I didn't do that. You can't prove that ANY of those listed as arrested were subsequently exonerated, LIAR.

And you continue to assume those only listed as arrested aren't necessarily guilty of sexually terrorizing children, but you continue to demand that people accused of connections to political terrorism receive no rights to long-established due process.

The list of over a hundred ACTUALLY CONVICTED GOPedohiles is SO LONG that I couldn't take the time to weed out the dozen or so that were listed as charged, not convicted, and anyway half of those I determined were subsequently convicted.

For instance, the first one on the list, Republican County Constable Larry Dale Floyd, is described as arrested, but in fact he was later convicted and got 6 years to life. Another listed as only arrested was accused of distributing a video of a five-year-old girl being raped. If you Republicans didn't produce so many damn pedophiles, it wouldn't be so difficult to keep a totally accurate list, liar 805.

I didn't compile the list, and there are a few names who shouldn't be on it, but there are OVER A HUNDRED CONVICTED GOPedophiles on it, and all of them are legitimate, from news reports. I googled and found that half of those listed as "arrested" were in fact subsequently convicted, and there could have been other convictions I just didn't find.

One of those I didn't find was a GOP National Committee member who was accused of downloading and distributing a video of a five-year-old girl being raped. I would like to know what happened to this creep and the other ones for whom I couldn't confirm convictions.

Sorry, 805, you lose. I checked the first couple of dozen, and all were charged with child molesting, none for pro-life activism rather than convicted. Four or five were listed as charged rather than convicted, but I Googled the names and found a couple of those were subsequently convicted, one of them sentenced to 6 years in prison.

One of the others listed as charged rather than convicted was a guy who was accused of downloading and distributing a video of the rape of a 5-year-old girl. I will look into why I found no resolutions in that and other cases. Maybe these guys pulled strings to get off or keep their convictions out of the public sphere.

Some of these guys might be innocent, but you're the type who normally believes that "terrorists" should have no rights, meaning anyone charged with terrorism is guilty. Make up your puerile bunny mind. Oh right, they're innocent until proven guilty only if they're GOPedophiles.

WASHINGTON - The latest chain e-mail smear against Barack Obama: He "blew off" troops at an Afghan base to shoot hoops for a publicity photo.

The letter was apparently written by a Utah Army National Guard intelligence officer in a linguist unit at Bagram Airfield who claimed the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee was rude to G.I.s.

"As the soldiers where [sic] lined up to shake his hand he blew them off," wrote the Task Force Wasatch "battle captain."

But angry Army brass debunked the Obama-bashing soldier's allegations, which went viral Thursday over the Web and on military blogs such as Blackfive.

The e-mail claims Obama repeatedly shunned soldiers on his way to the Clamshell - a recreation tent - to "take his publicity pictures playing basketball."

"These comments are inappropriate and factually incorrect," said Bagram spokesman Army Lt. Col. Rumi Nielson-Green, who added that such political commentary is barred for uniformed personnel.

Obama didn't play basketball at Bagram or visit the Clamshell, he said. Home-state troops were invited to meet him, but his arrival was kept secret for security reasons.

"We were a bit delayed ... as he took time to shake hands, speak to troops and pose for photographs," Nielson-Green said.

E-mails to the officer who made the charges and a call to his wife were not returned.

How would one sneak a left-wing radical into the Oval Office in broad daylight? Perhaps the same way that President George W. Bush got two strong conservatives on the Supreme Court: Find a candidate without a paper trail on the most controversial issues. For those of us who suspect but cannot yet prove that Barack Obama is a genuine radical leftist, his lack of much of a voting record is going to make it difficult to prove what his real values, policies and motives are to be president.

This is particularly the case because the media is so obviously going to give Obama cover not only for his current revelatory gaffes but also for embarrassing bits from his past.

For example, back on June 2, National Review Online ran an extraordinary article by Stanley Kurtz that closely assessed a 1995 article about Obama by Hank De Zutter titled "What Makes Obama Run?" The essence of his thesis is the following:

"De Zutter's article shows us that the full story of Obama's ties to Pfleger and Wright is both more disturbing and more politically relevant than we've realized up to now. On Obama's own account, the rhetoric and vision of Chicago's most politically radical black churches are exactly what he wants to see more of. True, when discussing Louis Farrakhan with De Zutter, Obama makes a point of repudiating anti-white, anti-Semitic, and anti-Asian sermons. Yet having laid down that proviso, Obama seems to relish the radicalism of preachers like Pfleger and Wright. In 1995, Obama didn't want Trinity's political show to stop. His plan was to spread it to other black churches, and harness its power to an alliance of leftist groups and sympathetic elected officials.

"So Obama's political interest in Trinity went far beyond merely gaining a respectable public Christian identity. On his own account, Obama hoped to use the untapped power of the black church to supercharge hard-left politics in Chicago, creating a personal and institutional political base that would be free to part with conventional Democratic politics. Now, given how much the media has covered both the Pfleger and Wright matters, when a respectable journal, such as National Review, runs an article by a journalist of established credibility, such as Stanley Kurtz, that suggests a different and far more disturbing interpretation of Obama's relationships with Wright and Pfleger, a responsible mainstream media would seek out Obama and, at the minimum, ask him whether the things the 1995 De Sutter article quotes him as saying are, in fact, things he said. They might even ask him to explain himself. Because if the 1995 article is an accurate reflection of what Obama said, then most of what he has said in the past few months about the Wright affair and Trinity United Church of Christ could not continue to be viewed as believable.

I knew about the red light on cars, but not the *77. It was about 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend. An UNMARKED police car pulled up behind her and put his lights on. *Lauren's parents have always told them never to pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather to wait until they get to a gas station, etc. *

Lauren had actually li stened to her parents advice, and promptly called * 77 on her cell phone to tell the police dispatcher that she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her. The dispatcher checked to see if there were police cars near where she was and there weren't, and he told her to keep driving, remain calm and that he had back up already on the way.

Ten minutes later 4 cop cars surrounded her along with the unmarked car behind her.

One policeman went to her side and the others surrounded the car behind. They pulled the guy from the car and tackled him to the ground. The man was a convicted rapist and wanted for other crimes, including previous Impersonating an Officer charges.

I never knew about the*77 Cell Phone feature, but especially for a woman alone in a car, you should not pull over for an unmarked car. Apparently police have to respect your right to keep going to a safe & quiet place. You obviously need to make some signals that you acknowledge them (i.e. put on your hazard lights) or call *77 like Lauren did.

Too bad the cell phone companies don't generally give you this little bit of wonderful information.

*Speaking to a service representative at BellSouth Mobility confirmed that *77 was a direct link to state trooper info in all states. So, now it's your turn to let your friends know about *77.

After combing thru your 'long list' of Republican pedophiles it seems to be that the title was misleading.

Not only were many of the charges other than pedophilia (such as anti abortion activism------------what horrible people)but many were 'accused' or perhaps 'charged' yet not convicted. There are *reasons* people are not convicted such as evidence or lack of.

That's just a big bunch of smoke you just blew.

WASHINGTON (AP) - The government is narrowing its warning to hot pepper lovers, saying only Mexican-grown jalapenos now are linked to the nationwide salmonella outbreak - clearing the U.S. crop.

Food and Drug Administration inspectors are on a large Mexican farm that grew a pepper discovered in a Texas warehouse that was tainted with the same strain of the bacteria. They're trying to determine where that farm distributed its peppers, to see if it harvested enough to be responsible for an outbreak that has sickened nearly 1,300 people and counting.

Tomatoes were an initial suspect and health officials still haven't exonerated them from causing illnesses when the outbreak first began in April. But those on the market now are safe to eat.

Anyone with any sense knows not to trust "news" from Fox News. As much as the rigth wing idiots blather on about the "liberal media", it's a widely accepted fact that Fox News is a right wing propoganda machine, with little if any journalistic integrity.

Then compare it to the list for CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN.. The only thing that is 'widely accepted' is Fox news having consistently better ratings than the Cable Negro Network or PMSNBC

So when they put out a "story" about supposed philandering between John Edwards and some woman, based largely on a story that appeared originally in the National Enquirer, you'll understand if we hold out for more credible sources.

While you are 'holding out for more credible sources' you may want to learn that Fox didn't break the story or the story about the security guard who helped the poor man out.. Since you don't watch any credible news sources I understand if you are ill-informed. Those of us who watch it all can tell what it fake and what is not. Like you.. you're fake.. we can tell that.

Besides, before and during the Democratic primaries, Edwards urged all candidates to boycott planned debates on FOX News. This smells like payback to me. Fox News wants to get even, and they're enlisting the help of tabloids to do it.
