We are searching for the ideal candidate to fill the position of Senior Commercial Loan Processor in our El Segundo office.  This position will support several Loan Officers.  As a team member, you will be expected to work hard but have fun, think on your feet, and perform at your highest level.        <br>

The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:<br>
·5 to 10 years of loan processing experience, preferably processing multifamily and commercial files for a minimum of 2-3 years for a mortgage company<br>
·Ability to maintain a consistent pipeline of 35-45 files<br>
·Ability to work autonomously and be detail-oriented<br>
·Excellent multi-tasking abilities and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure<br>
·Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and telephone and e-mail etiquette<br>
·Strong work ethic.  Must show up to work on time everyday and be ready to work<br>
·Ethics.  Must possess personal attributes that reflect good moral character  <br>
·Positive attitude and someone who takes great pride in doing an excellent job<br>

The position will mainly entail:<br>
·Reviewing, examining, and underwriting loan packages to ensure reasonableness and strict compliance with lender specific guidelines.<br>
·Reviewing and thoroughly understanding entity documentation for corporations, limited and general partnerships, limited liability companies, and trusts.<br>
·Analyzing other documentation such as tax returns, operating statements, and income and expense for soundness and accuracy.<br>
·Recognizing and identifying potential issues with loan files and proactively addressing the issues immediately and independently.<br>
·Determining and gathering additional documentation requirements and ensuring that loan file submissions to lenders are complete and accurate.<br>
·Communicating effectively and professionally to all parties involved in the loan transaction.<br>

Ensure that all properties have paid the business license, RSO and SCEP Fees, LLC tax, state tax, property tax, property and liability insurance, monthly mortgage, investor draws and utilities on time.<br>
Review and reconcile subsidiary ledgers of vendors, and ensure on-time payment of bills.<br>
Participate in the annual budget preparation, review and analyze significant variances in order to correct budget flaws and formulates strategies to improve efficiency of operations.<br>

A background in property facilities management or construction trades experience is desired. This position requires a clear comprehension of HOA structure and governance as wells as an understanding of contracts and the process of procuring proposals for work. Previous experience in establishing time signatures for commonly contracted services, and in negotiating costs is desired. <br>
<br>
Educational requirements are CMCA or CACM certification at hire or thereafter. Some college experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Fluency in English and good communications skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher is preferred. <br>
<br>
A positive, team spirit is essential for anyone taking on the responsibilities of the Operations Director position. <br>

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: <br>
The Director of Operation’s chief responsibility lies in operations management of receiving, maintenance and janitorial staffs and in projects planning, contracting and oversight. The Director of Operations has the authority to direct all operations in the GM’s absence. All duties assigned to the Operations Director are directed by and under the oversight of the Gen. Manager. <br>

SPECIFIC DUTIES: <br>
• Maintain and oversee weekly, monthly and annual schedules and calendars prepared with the Chief Engineer for in-house painting, maintenance and janitorial services. Schedule all city and state mandated inspections. Investigate exceptions to the schedules of personnel and when necessary report unresolved discrepancies to the GM. <br>
• Plan, request for bid and schedule all ongoing and special facilities projects of the association. <br>
• Recruit, screen and interview potential new staff. <br>
• Develop policies and protocols to measure employee performance and participate in employee reviews. <br>
• Oversee the schedule of all landscaping and pool maintenance. <br>
• Develop, maintain and oversee all security functions of the association and train and review staff’s performance in carrying out their security functions. The Operations Director is charged with ensuring the right working of the security system as well as the review of any upgrades the system might need. He or she also develops security procedures for staff. <br>
• Maintain the record of all health, pool and spa, electric, life safety and OPOS (swing staging) certifications. <br>
• Develop training manuals and direct training sessions for all staff in the areas of life safety, emergency operations and general procedures. <br>
• Act as an on call manager for any and all community crises (flood, fire.) The Operations Director will maintain a directory of emergency response personnel in the event of flood or fire. <br>
• Oversee the operation of member vendors and suppliers to ensure conformity with association insurance and licensing requirements and work procedures, including hours of operation. <br>
• Oversee all community activities, including but not limited to move in/move outs, deliveries, in-house maintenance assignments, association events, conference and recreation room use, valet parking and handicapped parking use. The Director of Operations provides the Chief Engineer with written maintenance requests for common area items. <br>
• Conduct investigations relating to violations of the association rules and regulations and report findings to the GM. Maintain a registry of member violations and draft association communications to members and the Board of Directors for violations for review by the GM. <br>
• Act as chief community contact for applications for redecorating and remodeling. Conduct preliminary review of remodeling applications and work with members to ensure completeness of such applications. Inform members of association architectural standards and maintain and provide blueprints for member use in remodeling. The Director of Operations is a chief Architectural Committee liaison and communicates to members and the Board of Directors on the committee’s behalf. The Director of Operations is charged with reviewing the accurateness of the scope of work as submitted to the Architectural Committee, with maintaining the record of inspections carried out by the Chief Engineer and others and of work in progress in units. <br>
• Rent association parking and storage spaces and maintain the registry of payments. Audit the leases of these annually. <br>
• Perform routine site reviews of the building. Perform quality control reviews of all regular and special maintenance projects. <br>
• Review and respond to association correspondence upon the review of the Gen. Manager. <br>
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and regularly monitor the expenditures of operations. <br>
• Field general homeowner inquiries concerning operations. <br>
• Assist the Office Manager in compiling the monthly Board of Directors packets. <br>
• Oversee the set-up of all monthly, special and annual member meetings. <br>
• Maintain and survey a list of preferred vendors for member use. <br>
