Hi!<br>
----&gt;Ok, so my husband and I have been saving alot of money and plan to move in to a house this Jan. or Feb, but no later than the beginning of February. We are looking to rent a 2 or 3 Bedroom house with at least 2 bathrooms (even if one is half). My husband works in Santa Monica so something close to the 10 or even 210 is ok so he can jump on the freeway in the morning for his long trip!<br>
We have a small Chameleon that is caged and would like to have a small dog (maltese or malti-poodle) when we have our own little place....aka...when we are renting from you, so allowing a responsible couple with a small doggy is a must.<br>
We are saving for a real house of our own while I am in nursing school so the best thing for us now is not to throw our entire savings into a house that we cant even call our own. So the price range we are willing and able to pay is anywhere from $700-1300 depending on the quality and location of the house you have available for us. <br>
<br>
We are a very responsible couple who just need a place to call our own for a while. (1 yr lease, possibly another year if given the chance). We have been living with MY inlaws for the past 2 1/2 years so I (we) am desperate to get out of there. We will reach our $$$ quota by Jan/Feb and are serious about moving so if you know of something becoming available to a young, newly married couple, We would greatly appreciate it!<br>

<description><![CDATA[I am currently looking for a furnished or semi-furnished place I can have flexible lease terms on. I am thinking I'll be living there anywhere from 3 to 6 months, to start sometime between December and January. <br>

Ideally, I'd like to rent a house, because I have a small dog and I miss having outdoor space - however, I'm open to apartments and lofts as well (just not a studio). My ideal locations are downtown for lofts, Beachwood, Los Feliz, Marina Del Ray and Venice.<br>

My price is slightly flexible - just simply looking for something nice, perhaps Spanish or modern, that's somewhat designerly.<br>

<description><![CDATA[My family and I need to move out of our current rental house due to the fact that the property has recently been sold and the new owners would like us to leave. We're looking for a temporary house to move into. We are a very clean, hardworking family. We would be willing to house sit if you (the owners) are going on a vacation of any sort. We would look after any pets, do house cleaning and normal wear & tear repairs (I am an experienced carpenter & painter.). Also provides the benefit of being a less desirable house to rob while away.<br>
<br>
I can afford approx. $1000 - $1800 dls. per month on houses without a house sitting arrangement. I'm also open to other flexible and/or creative ideas.<br>
<br>
All my girls (6) are in a singing/dancing entertainment group. This is NOT a rock group, there will be NO loud music playing at all. This is the reason for us staying together for so long. Most of my children are over eighteen and are able to help contribute towards rent. I have two sons, one 19, one 2. We don't have any pets. I have posted pictures of me and my family below.<br>
