A little about us:
2 twenty-somethings originally from NY, came out to CA 6 years ago. I am a new school psychologist and my fiance is the creative director for a small educational gaming company. We're getting married next summer in NY. We don't have kids.
We are non-smokers, we drink socially/occasionally, don't smoke pot or do drugs of any sort.
We have a pair of small birds. We're allergic to anything with fur that will shed or chew molding.
We both have allergies/asthma so new, very clean carpet or hardwood/laminate flooring is a must!
We don't have the money to put 20% down for a house, plus we'll have our share of the wedding expenses.
We're doing well with our careers and will be saving towards a house- it's just going to take a while.
In the mean time, we LOVE our neighborhood, but we've outgrown our current apartment.
