I have a great trailer project! The good part--A rare 1961 Nomad travel trailer, rounded style, that has most of the original cabinets inside, a stove,sink,refrigerator,and toilet.It has a rare pressurized fresh water tank.It has great 15 inch tires and pulls like a dream and has drum brakes.Small up front dinette converts to a single bed and the cushions are in good shape.The bed is in the rear and makes into a double bed.There is a wall heater.Has a screen door and screens for all the windows.It is 13 feet long plus 3 foot tongue.It has the cool black and yellow license plate but last year it was registered was 2005.The bad stuff--- New electrical and propane lines have to be put in. Two windows need glass,and several glass louvers need to be installed.The ugly---It has water damage from leaks and some of the interior birch panels are water stained.The rear wall has separated from the floor and new wood is needed.I don't know how much of the appliances work. This is a great project and when finished, will be worth several thousand dollars.E-mail me for more photos.

We didn�t like the d�cor that came with this 1996 trailer (the couch, dinette area, bunk beds and curtains). All of the standard trailer d�cor was ripped out and we renovated it. This trailer was set up to be a residence in our backyard for our aging parents.

The way it is set up now, you can put a queen size mattress in one room. You can also make a bedroom out of the other one � or even an office or a closet. In the living room area, you can include your own furniture such as a table and chairs and smallish two-person couch. We had furniture in there from IKEA which worked perfectly within the space. We think the current look is much more updated and modern as compared with the 1996 d�cor/look.

Featuring:
37/38 feet long with slide out (expands sofa and dining room area)
Awning (shade over front of the trailer). With winds, this was mildly damaged by about 1 foot long)
Redone floors (Armstrong laminate floors � looks like hardwood) throughout whole trailer
2 rooms � one room set up for queen size mattress
1 living room with kitchen (microwave, fridge, gas stove/oven and pantry cabinets). ALL appliances work perfectly.
1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, vanity and plenty of linen storage). All work perfectly. Door in bathroom � wood mildly damaged.

1975 4 Wheel Drive Class A (Topanga) $900

1975 Dodge based Overland,4 Wheel Drive, Class A RV. Converted to 4 wheel drive by original owner. One of a kind. A bit rough inside and out. I bought it about eight years ago for fun and as a project. It has a salvage title, had it when I bought, did not bother me. Took it out of town a few times and never got around to the "project" part, too many other projects. All I have done for the last 4 years is drive it a few miles and exercise the generator and roof air every month or so. 4 WD is with transfer case and locking hubs not modern AWD or anything, like I said, it's a 1975. Strong, low mileage 440 engine, Headers, MSD Ignition Module, trans shifts fine, trans pan gasket leaks a little. 10 ply tires with about 1500 miles on them but, they are 8 years old. Great Onan 4 KW Generator. Roof air, stove, fridge, toilet and shower, furnace, etc. All the standard RV stuff. The furnace, oven, water heater and, fridge with freezer worked the last time I used them about 4 years ago. Needs some attention to the brakes, shocks, maybe front end. It has always had an occasional shake in the front end since I got it. Had 2 mechanics check it out and they found nothing obvious. There are some soft spots on the interior walls from window leaks, nothing horrendous, just funky, the drivers side back ceiling is a bit screwed up from a leak.The battery will need replacing as it's pretty old.It is set up for 2 batteries. Email me for more info. I'm open to best offers but not just a few hundred, the generator is worth more than that, not to mention the appliances and running gear- ignition. Price is OBO. No I will not take a few hundred dollars like 4 or 5 hundred. No, you can�t jump in it and go to Alaska or Ohio or something, it�s a project for someone who wants to make something unique and one of a kind. It will go where many motor homes will not due to the 4X4 and the fact that it has more ground clearance than most, when it was converted to 4X4 it was lifted a few inches, I don�t know how many as I never saw it before it was modified. I am open to a possible trade, maybe a Geo Metro or Suzuki Samurai or???.

This is a 1990 Wells Cargo Triple axle enclosed trailer. It is in nice shape for its age. There are no tears in the exterior skin, but has a minor dings and dents. The inside cargo Box is 28' long by 7'6" wide and 6'5" ceiling height. Overall lenght with tounge is about 32' It has two water tanks under the trailer that look like they will hold atleast 60 gallons of water together. It has the rear jacks for loanding/unloading when not hooked up to a vehicle. It has lights and electrical outlets wired up on the interior that run off of 120v. It also has lights that will run off of the battery. There is NOT a generator included in this deal but has an outlet on the outside to plug the trailer into 120v and run off a generator. It also has plumbing for an air compressor. The floor is diamond plate that is painted grey with hold down hooks in the floor. It has 6 tires that look almost new in reguards to tread depth and not dry rotted. It also comes with a very good spare tire. All 6 axles were serviced in September 2007 by me. I do not remember what was done to each axle but between all 6 axles 8 bearings and 8 races were replaced. 2 sets a brake shoes 1 magnet and all new seals and brake hardware(springs and hold downs) were replaced. Since then this trailer went on a 4,000 mile round trip, and has been in storage since. The rear door(very heavy) pulls down and becomes a ramp. The trailer has a rear dovetail. All running lights and brake lights were working when last used. The trailer is in storage in Palmdale, but I am located in Pasadena. I have the Title in my name and it has no liens. I recently purchased a house with a garage and do not need this trailer anymore. The inside has plywood on the walls and on the ceiling. The front jack is electric and has new gears in it. The right side of the exterior was damaged prior to me owning the trailer and was repaired. Please see the picture of the right side. The exterior is white with copper stripes.

This is a 1963 13 foot Kenskill travel trailer. This trailer has been kept up very well and it's in excellent condition for being 45 yrs old. The cabin is 10' + 3' tongue. Sleeps 2 comfortably and tows easy with my V6 Tacoma. It has a 3 burner stove, ice box, porta potty, sink with hand pump faucet and 5 gallon tank. also can hook up to outside hose. table can be put in 3 positions. in center, on the side or down which turns it into a full size bed. there's a closet and plenty of storage space in the over head cabinets and side benches. just replaced the roof vent and put on brand new upgraded leafsprings.
