North Hollywood based DVD Manufacturer is looking for an individual who can handle
Accounts Receivables, Collections, Quick Books, Order Entry, and Invoicing.
While we primarily ship product in the continental United States, we export worldwide.
Knowledge of transportation companies, volume shipping, and UPS will be extremely helpful in this position.
All candidates need to be very computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
The position operates in a very fast paced environment with multiple companies, multiple
accounting programs, and a variety of interconnecting entities. College is a plus but not
mandatory interested parties must be extremely organized and have a fantastic demeanor over the
telephone as the company thrives on expert communicators.
This is a Monday to Friday Full-Time position with strict hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
