We are currently looking for a COMMISSIONS SPECIALIST to join our Accounting Dept. team Ideal Candidate MUST HAVE WIRELESS EXPERIENCE OR RETAIL BACKGROUND!!!
The Commissions Analyst is will serve as the key resource. Position duties include investigating, creating, calculating and reconciling monthly and year to date sales commissions and payments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
1) Will consolidate, verify and process charge backs
2) Will conduct carrier commission reconciliation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
3) Prepare and assist employee commission statements
4) Other duties assigned by management as needed
KNOWLEWDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
1) High Scholl Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
2) Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook 2003 and 2007
3) Knowledge of retail IQ preferred but not required
4) Must be detail oriented and good with numbers
5) Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
6) Excellent oral and written communication skills
7) Excellent people skills
8) Must have reliable transportation
