Solid Woodland Hills client is looking for an entry-mid level accounting clerk.
Immediate Hire
$15/hourly
Some experience with accounts payable work and utilizing accounting software needed (ex: Quickbooks, Goldmine, Quicken, etc.)
Knowledge of accounting tasks, data entry, filing & strong attention to detail. During busy seasons will be required to assist with some accounts receivable duties. Some experience with A/R is a required.
Ideal candiate will be comfortable with processing accounts payables on a daily basis, batching invoices with checks and updating general ledger. Some accounting coursework/classes is a huge plus, degree not required.
Clear English language skills required, will be calling clients nation wide.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8am-5pm
Candidate will go through extensive background checks including: Criminal, Reference, DMV and Credit.
