We are a mid-sized multi service organization located in North Hollywood. At this time, we're looking for a payroll clerk with experience with AP to join our team. You will be responsible for payroll processes, reporting as well as other AP duties.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Semi-Monthly payroll processing
- Payroll reporting and closing procedures
- Maintenance of payroll records
- Full AP cycle
- Maintenance of AP records
Requirements:
Some college-level accounting
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
Minimum of 2 years verifiable PR experience
1 – 2 years MAS90 experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Other qualifications:
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi-task
