Needing a part time person who is very proficient in computers and all its software applications; someone who also knows how to do the following: proficient in accounts receivable/payable for a construction company (especially someone who knows how to do prevailing wages); knowledge of processing profit and loss statements and GL; data entry; filing; answering phones; writes correspondance; internet savy; organized; datailed; team player; has a follow through with assignments given; and any other assignments that will be assigned.
