Toner company seeking a full-time experienced collections representative.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- High outbound calls
- Make collection calls on past due accounts and log conversations and actions in the system
- Negotiate and/or establish acceptable payment arrangement while adhering to all collection laws as well as company guidelines
- Communicate customer service issues with C/S and/or sales reps
- Keep Collections/Customer Service Manager informed about any special issues/problems
Requirements:
- 1-2 years collections experience
- Excellent telephone demeanor – strong voice, persistent and professional
- Computer literate and type at least 30 wpm
- Self motivated and positive attitude a must
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
- Candidates must be meticulous
- Strong analytical and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Familiar with accounting ledger system
Earning potential: Over $50K per year if you're a topnotch collector!
