SAFETY PILOT NEEDED 4 MULTIENGINE TIME BUILDING!!! (Van Nuys Airport)

I need about 90 hours of multiengine. I hold Private Pilot Certificate SEL, MEL, with Instrument Rating.
I want to find a pilot to share cost with on a Piper PA-44-180 Seminole. Rental cost is $220 per hour wet, no surcharges, no nonsense. We would split the charges 50/50.
The airplane is in very good maintenance condition. It just passed a checkride, so it complies with all ADs and FAA inspections.
We can share cost and both log PIC, as long as the pilot on the right flies under the hood, and the safety pilot is multiengine rated.
Please email me so we can discuss the options. It can be a great opportunity for building multiengine time and paying at a rate of a single engine.
Why pay thousands of dollars to expensive flight academies who charge a lot more for shared multiengine rentals?
