*2-5 years of work experience in a similar position<br>

*Flexible schedule 7 days a week between 9am to 12am, including weekends and holidays<br>
*B.A in Business Administration or a similar discipline<br>
*Direct supervisory experience of 60+ employees<br>
*Solid understanding of CA labor laws and OSHA compliance<br>

		-Guest relations;<br>
		-Staffing the office (including hiring and terminating employees);<br>
		-Completing employee paperwork;<br>
		-Resolving employee timecard issues;<br>
		-Approving timecard punches and ensuring accuracy of the punches;<br>
		-Motivating the employees to increase revenue;<br>
		-Disciplining the staff for procedural or rules violations;<br>
		-Scheduling the employees;<br>
		-Day to day operations of the local Flashpass office.<br>

<description><![CDATA[SYNLawn is the Nation’s largest manufacturer and installer of artificial grass and putting green surfaces and we are looking to fill a key position in our Operations department in our Southern California Headquarters.<br>

We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in ordering materials, managing materials, scheduling crews, and managing the project details including the customer contact prior to and after completion of the installation work.<br>
<br>
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:<br>
 <br>
An Installed Sales Environment and / or a<br>
<br>
Home Improvement Environment. and /or  a<br>
<br>
Landscape Construction or home re-modeling Environment<br>
<br>
 <br>
Examples- Marble and Granite Kitchen Counter Fabrications and Installations, Kitchen Cabinet Fabrication and Installations, Carpet Installation, Window Installation, Landscape Construction, swimming pool construction, Flooring and Tile installation.<br>

The position will be based in our Showroom Headquarters / Warehouse & Distribution Center in Van Nuys, CA.<br>
<br>
The position will require working as part of an Operations Team that interacts with our Sales and Accounting Departments to form the Operational Engine of our organization.<br>
<br>
We are looking for a candidate that can:<br>
<br>
Order and track material shipments for our projects; Allocate inventory for our projects; ship and receive our products for our projects to other SYNlawn locations and or job sites; Assign crew resources for our projects; Confirm with customers their installation dates and verify prior to installation that all necessary work is completed; Re-schedule on the fly; Order required materials; Assign equipment and vehicles; Manage job costing; and provide feedback and input on process improvement.<br>
<br>

<br>
Qualified candidates will have solid computer skills- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project or Prima Vera a plus, and the ability to use a data base with training.  Quick books experience is a big plus.  Bi-Lingual English / Spanish is a big plus.  <br>

Exper
