Get ready for summer by toning up with Pilates on the apparatus! I am a certified pilates instructor, and I teach out of my home in Encino. At the studio I work at, I have taught high profile clientele and people with all different needs. The equipment takes Pilates to a whole new level, even though you are using the same fundamentals.
Pilates is effective in helping you strengthen and lengthen your muscles and increase flexibility. We strive to give you a perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
I am available to teach out of my home from 3pm until 8pm Mon-Fri. I also teach on Saturdays in the morning and early afternoon.
Rates:
1 session: $60
5 sessions: $275 ($55 per session)
10 sessions: $500 ($50 per session)
Duet Sessions are also available. (2 People at the same time).
