Here's the scoop: I am a singer/trombonist launching a solo career. I've got one CD recorded this year and am working on the next one, and my fan base is growing. I've got interested managers and producers, and am seriously devoting myself to taking my career to the next level. However, part of the "next level" is learning how to delegate, and I am sooooo ready to pay someone else to handle all my web stuff.

What I'm looking for is for someone to redesign my homemade website (www.AlishaMarieArd.com) as well as creating coordinating profiles for myspace, and other music/networking sites. I would expect this person to be able to edit images for these sites as part of the design process. I also forsee the possibility of wanting this person to also handle promotional emails, and if this person has web marketing savvy, as well as web design expertise, so much the better!

I'm looking for someone who does this as a professional freelancer and would be able to show me examples of his or her work. If your websites don't look any better than the one that I've already got, then that's not what I'm looking for. But if you do this, and you are a professional, then I assume you'll also be able to tell me what your rates are. I've never hired anyone to do this before, so I'm not sure how much to offer.
