An internet company is seeking individuals or companies to design, create, implement, and launch a buyer/seller web classified portal.

The basic features are:

Log in Pages For Sellers: Monthly membership fee
Payment of membership fees by Credit card and PayPal
Option if the seller wants his contact information to be displayed or not

Log in Pages for Buyers (No fees)

(Registration page for both categories)

Product listing section for seller:
Ability to upload up to 3 pictures and product details
product has about 10 attributes to be entered
Tracking via listing number
Track via listing date time

SEARCH:

Product search with about 10 attributes
Ability to search for availability of product by Zip code (radius in miles)
Email notification when a requested product has been listed
Displays list from search criteria, with hyperlink to the item
When displaying item, broker/seller details to show if the seller has agreed to do so
The buyer should be able to send private message to seller with questions

Left Section to display sponsored links
Advertisement/listings to show up based on zip code search entered


Forum: section for discussion on technical aspects with Moderator admin section

4. Preferences for PHP as a basic coding language, with Flash, Ajax, and other latest web: 2.0 features. Also considering ASP based designs
5. Back end can be either MySQL or SQL Server.
