I am looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant for a short assignment in a Fashion Design & Sales office located in the West SF Valley. Individual needs to be passionate about the fashion industry, a self starter, organized and driven to achieve resutls in a timely manner. Have excellent time management & communication skills. Individual will be required to manage reporting, answer phones, provide customer service, book & follow up with travel arrangements, create forms using excel, powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Mac Proficient.
