Responsibilities include collecting past due accts, analyzing telephone call records, calling customers for pymt, skip tracing. 2 yrs collection experience preferred; excellent communication skills, computer literate, MS Windows applications; detail and goal oriented. Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
