Network Telephone Services, Inc., a fast paced Woodland Hills telecommunications company has an immediate opening for Collectors.
This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring team members and collecting past due accounts. Additional responsibilities include analyzing telephone call records, calling customers and demanding payment, following up on payment arrangements and skip tracing. Candidate must have a proven track record along with good interpersonal skills. Working knowledge on the Debtmaster system is a plus.
Qualifications:
2 years Collection Supervisor experience
Proven results in Collections
Excellent communication skills / verbal and written
Computer literate / working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and ability to learn new computer applications
Detail Oriented
Organized, focused and goal oriented
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
