JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering customer concerns and addressing any issues pertaining to their online business listing as well as reviewing services and confirming any and all sales made. Opportunity for growth into sales position!
Our Customer Service Representatives:
• Main responsibility is to solve our client’s problems.
• Understand the business sales process and all aspects on online business listings.
• Build and maintain an understanding of the company and our services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (a “10” rating) throughout the program.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers.
• Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships.
• Assist our customers with inquiries or problems concerning the understanding or use of our products.
• Have an understanding of the ZipWeb tools, how they work and how they benefit your prospective client.
• Complete “call” reports and present to supervisor in an on-time manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of customer contact / customer service is required.
• Must be computer and technology literate.
• Must have excellent familiarity and experience with the Internet.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Must be creative in problem solving and persistent with goals and objectives.
• Any understanding of the SEO Industry is a PLUS!

SCHEDULE
Usual work schedule is M-F, shifts vary, but our phones are open from 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No late nights or weekends.
