JOB SUMMARY
To assist in the planning, design, fabrication and supervision of projects according to the needs of each individual job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1. Keep close attention to all employees in the shop.
2. Determine requirements for projects.
3. Time table for job completion.
4. Prepare information regarding design and specifications for product production.
5. Good communication skills, in regards to helping employee understand what they are creating and why.
6. Highly detail oriented, keeping detailed notes on all jobs (Hours, change orders, and problems)
7. Makes alterations or adjustments when required as a result of change orders.
8. Supervises the fabrication and design of products.
9. Knows both Mig & Tig Welding
10. Knowledge of different metals (Stainless Steel, Zinc, Aluminum, Copper, Nickel, Steel, etc.)
11. Own Tools
12. Skill will Auto CAD and shop drawings.
13. Creative Thinking ability and aesthetic sensitivity.
