About my situation:
I currently live alone in a room with a private entrance in Canoga Park. It's a nice house...nothing spectacular, but comfortable all the same. Unfortunately that all changed very quickly!!! To keep it simple, the neighbors that moved into the house-proper a few months ago have made living where I'm currently at...unbearable! I am at bottom. No one is answering my pleas for help. Comes tomorrow, I will be homeless and stranded in the street, losing the important things I have with me, in the elements without food or water and unsafe. I will not survive one day like this. This is my humiliating reality and loss of dignity, and with great fear I am facing.

Hi there, I'm a professional (female) working in Simi Valley. I'm looking for a room in the areas of Simi Valley, Agoura Hills, or Calabasas for $400-450 max including utilities. I will be your best and favorite tenant. Why? Because I won't be around that much. I work Mon-Fri from 8-5 or later. My bf lives in Agoura Hills and I plan on being there on weekends and probably 1 or 2 nights. Sometimes I fly back home to the east coast to see my family. So all I need is a place to keep my belongings and sleep when I come in from work. I don't cook, except for the rare pasta nights. I'm neat, and a mature individual. I have no pets, just a car that needs, at the least, street parking closeby to your home.

I will NOT pay a security deposit because simply sleeping in my bed in my room will NOT cause any damage to your property, and if so, then you can furnish me a professional estimate. No credit checks, you don't need my personal information in that way because you sure as hell know you're not claiming ME as your additional income to the IRS.

we will moving permanently to Burbank in October. However, our kids need to enroll in Burbank schools until then (they start at the end of August). We would like to find someone interested in having us pay their W&P bill (have it under our name) in exchange for receiving our mail there temporarily.
