HR Administrative Position
Part-Time, Entry Level

The HR Assistant is responsible for supporting the Corporate Human Resources Department and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Job Duties
Job duties include maintaining personnel files, filing, I-9 compliance, coordinating employee events, distribution of benefit packages, assisting with open enrollment(s) and new hire orientation, data entry, managing the security/employee ID badge system and coordinating recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external resources.
Key Qualifications of the Position
• Exceptional organizational skills;
• Out-going demeanor with excellent communication skills;
• Work well in a fast-pace business environment;
• Excellent time-management and multitasking skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Some college is preferred;
• Paychex/payroll experience helpful;
• Computer literate;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
