Busy Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced legal secretary. We are looking for someone who can handle all aspects of litigation. This includes, preparing, filing and serving of lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing and filing all court documets, such as CMC statements, motions, and trial documents. Must be meticulous with calendering all litigation deadlines as well as the scheduling of depositions, IME's, mediations and arbitrations and trial related events and documents. Must have good telephone skills as you will be dealing with clients, defense attorneys and court personnel. Please do not apply if you can not jump right in without any trainning.
