Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing existing accounts
* Product development tasks
* Data entry and follow-up
* Developing solutions to enhance customer care quality
* Information management / Costing
Requirements:
* KNOWLEDGE IN DESIGN IS A MUST
* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PRINTING ON PAPER
* Ability to work within a team by sharing relevant information with project coworkers
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin speakers preferred.
* Microsoft® Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
* Multi-tasking on different aspects of different projects
* Ability to contribute new ideas
* Flexible work schedule required (heavy communication with overseas co-workers)
* Strong organizational skills
Education:
* Fashion merchandise majors preferred
