To everyone I know, and forwarded recipients,
For those that don't know me, I'm Kyle. I run a rescue foundation for abused and neglected animals. I AM SELF FUNDED, and call out for help periodically. My foundation is Smashface Rescue, dealing with mostly Pits, Mastiffs and other "bully" breeds.
Please please help !!
I was Tipped off by a friend working downtown in an industrial area blocks from skid row about a litter of stray pups and their mom.
I can tell you by the confrontation I had when I got there, that these dogs were not heading for a good future.
They were in deplorable conditions under a five fwy junction, filthy. The mother had no shelter, and was being fed by the neighbors and the daily food trucks. She had to constantly protect her pups from the homeless, I personally witnessed her chase off 6 to 7 people that had come to close. She was stress and malnourished, have to stay awake 24/7.
I managed to grab her. And get all the pups after about a two hour stand off with the "locals" Everyone is safe and sound. MOM, TWO GIRLS, SIX BOYS, they are three to four weeks old.
I am looking for donations, for the spay and neuter of 8 pups +mom, vaccinations for 8 pups + mom, worming for 8 pups + mom. food, housing, and foster care for 8 pups + mom. And most importantly, FOREVER HOMES for the lucky pups and their mom. She is a young smallish 40lbs, Shepherd mix. The pups are all mixed and every one is different.
Please every little bit helps, $10, $20, $30, $100., what ever you can do to help, it's a great cause. I put out thousands every year myself !
