Why so many lost Dogs The Gardener (Rescues Know this)

our rescue has spoken to three people this week looking for thier lost dogs, and it was the Gardener all three times, and it usually is.
Our rescue helps so many people try to find their lost dogs, the story is always the same, the gardener left the gate open over and over again same story, have your gardener come before you go to work or on sat when you are home or keep pet in that day, even when you are home check the gate they will let it bounce. We have also found dogs that had been stolen by the gardener, they take small ones mostly and sell downtown, they always have new help with them, that come and go, do not trust your children (dog) to these mostly idiots, they do not care. LOCK YOUR GATE THEY WILL COME BACK TO STEAL maybe not your regular guy you have had for years but the new temporary guy may be interested
one day I let my dog out after keeping inside while the gardener was there, five minutes later I saw MY DOG from the front window walking down the street, thought it was safe since they were gone, no, they let the gate bounce open.
ONE OF OUR RESCUES WAS FOUND WITH A LAUNDRY CORD WRAPED AROUND ITS NECK IN A VERY BAD HOOD THE ADOPTOR TOLD US THE GARDNER WANTED THE LITTLE DOGFOR HIS SON, AND STOLE IT, FOUND NEAR HIS HOUSE, THE MICO CHIP GOT THE DOG BACK TO US, DO NOT TRUST ANY GARDENERS this was thier gardener of years.
