Please help this "low-rider" at east valley (East Valley Animal Shelter)

Hello,
I was looking at all of the "red-listed" dogs, and came across this one. He is the coolest looking dog. A real Low-rider. I wanted to adopt him, but he is dog aggressive (I had 2 behaviorists look at him). If I didn't have my dogs, I would take him in a heartbeat. He is a pit/corgi mix, and is great with people. If someone can please foster or adopt him, it would be so great. he has been at the shelter for so long, and am sure with some TLC and time, he would be a great companion. I feel so bad that I can't take him, I just can't risk my dogs.
I think he has until Monday to get adopted, so please call ASAP. He is at the east valley animal shelter.
