We are interviewing for a Portfolio Supervisors handling HOA (Home Owner Association) and Multi-family portfolios.
This opportunity is full-time and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication and computer skills.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
• MUST have experience with HOAs, CC&Rs and Civil Code - CACM Certification a definite plus!
• Must be able to multi-task; know how to follow up. Follow-up is key.
• Be able to communicate clearly, concisely and politely with our clients-- verbally, by written correspondence, and by telephone.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• You must be detail oriented and results driven.
• Excellent computer skills including YARDI, Act!, Lotus Approach, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to follow instructions and willingness to “take ownership” a must.
