Equity One Financial has the ability to do FHA, Reverse, Non-Conventional and Conventional Loans across 23 states. One of our lead sources will be our Equity One Loan Officers providing you with ready to go applications for short sales throughout the day. Our Better Business Bureau rating is AAA, which means we have had no complaints in the 4 years since we’ve been open and we pride ourselves on maintaining that rating. We are a brokerage office who is providing a higher level of service to our customers and employees at all times.
We have positioned ourselves is several different areas of the mortgage market and non-mortgage related markets as well to make sure that no matter what is going on with the market we are maximizing every opportunity out there.
