My client is looking for an experienced Security Guard for full time regular employment in a luxury residential building in North Hollywood, California.

This position requires someone very friendly who understands that they are to provide friendly customer service to residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to conducting daily inspections of the property; notifying management of any safety liability issues or damages to the property, respond to disturbance calls, dispatches to local police for emergency situations, opens/closes property amenities per schedule, and other duties as assigned by the client.
We are seeking to fill 2 shifts: Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sundays from 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. and 2nd shift 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Uniform: Black slacks, light blue security shirt with badge, black tie.
Qualifications:
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer service or security background helpful;
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
• Valid California security guard card preferred but not required!
We prefer someone that lives within 20-25 minutes from North Hollywood.
