Construction related service organization has temporary opening in our Santa Clarita office, (3-5 months), to help develop and design forms utilizing Excel and Access for eventual conversion to SQL online system.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FOR US:
You must be highly proficient with both Excel and Access and quickly be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of complex formulations and building tables based on our needs. Design simple work orders, change orders, BID PROPOSAL WORK-SHEETS and presentations, time/job sheets, to complex energy saving calculations work-sheets with presentation outputs for the consumer based on consumer data input, and, complete 10 page construction agreements will fillable data fields. Forms will be used by our in-house and field personnel as well as subs and independent agents- eventually via web based applications.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:
We are a general repair service contractor to the Real Estate industry. We bid 50-75 multi-line item proposals per week and issue 5-15 work orders to our crews on each bid we are awarded- Thats our current load. We are expecting to bid at least 100 more per week in the next year.

SALARY:
You can expect to receive at least $3500 -$6,000 per month, paid bi-weekly. Position could turn into a full time job for the right person. Salary commensurate with experience and abilities.
