Dawn Barnes Karate Kids, recently voted the #1 Martial Arts Studio in L.A. by the L.A. Daily News, is seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic karate instructor for our Sherman Oaks, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach locations.
Ideal applicant will have a friendly personality, a Black Belt in any hard style of martial arts (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, etc.), enjoy working with children ages 3 1/2 - 16, and have experience teaching children. Male or female, please apply!
This part-time position offers roughly 20 hours per week over a four-day schedule covering Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at multiple locations. Teachers earn $25 per hour class after a 40 hour paid training period. Extra income also available from workshops, birthday parties, and subbing for other teachers.
