We are looking for a talented, self motivated Software Support Agent who will assist our phone support team.
You will work with a small, motivated and creative team, and will take on responsibilities that stretch and enhance your already-strong technical skills.
Responsibilities:
-Manage technical support and sales/billing calls from initiation to resolution.
-Thoroughly document and manage customer issues.
-Perform preliminary isolation and troubleshooting of problems.
-Appropriately and proactively escalate issues based on criticality.
-Assist other members of the support team with diagnosis, review and resolution of client issues.
-Identify service improvement programs and automation proposals to improve service quality and manage delivery costs.
-Perform some admin and other duties as needed.
