AireSpring, Inc. is a leading nationwide telecom provider who has an immediate opening in our Operations Division for a Voice NOC Technician (Tier 1 and Tier 2).
This position provides support for Long Distance, Local and Data services, including interfacing with customers on service issues, opening, tracking and resolving trouble tickets and keeping customers updated.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with facilities based carriers such as Paetec, Global Crossing, Qwest, XO, Level 3, Verizon, etc. Must have a good grasp of the troubleshooting process at the T1 and above level along with superior customer service skills.
* Minimum several years experience working in the telecom industry
* Ability to interface effectively with facilities based carriers
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must posess good critical thinking skills
* Able to be effective with a minimum of supervision
* Must be detail oriented and well organized
* Good computer skills plus knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
