Requirements:
· Sign making and graphic design experience (Minimum 3 Years)
· Production management experience or desire and aptitude to learn
· Experience with sign production equipment and finishing
· Good working knowledge of raster design, vector design, RIP and point of sale software.
· Previous experience with digital printing, cut vinyl, vinyl and paper media, cold film lamination and solvent ink
· Attention to quality and detail
· Strong organizational skills and meeting promised completion dates
· Ability to speak and work well with customers
· Light to moderate lifting
Pluses:
· Color management experience
· FlexiSign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Versaworks, and/or Cyrious Software experience
· Experience in vehicle wraps
· Ability to manage quality, cost and schedule trade-offs
To be considered, you must have PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN A SIGN SHOP.
