Responsibilities:

· Provide direction to regional construction crews;

· Work with Project Management to develop accurate construction schedule forecasts;

· Ensure that all local branch construction employees receive company required trainings;

· Enforce jobsite safety;



Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year solar electric system experience or a minimum of 3 years construction experience.

· Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.

· Knowledge of Federal and local State OSHA guidelines.

· Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Project and Outlook

· Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body;

· Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time;

· Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned jobtasks;

· Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday

· Must have clean DMV and pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
